Osaka Sushi All You Can Eat in Timmins

Had this sushi twice while visiting Timmins on business. Everything I've tried from Osaka has been excellent. Impressed with the quality and service here. I'll eat here every time I visit Timmins.

Fantastic food and a nice restaurant

:) To my surprising, the quality of sushi is good and number of options are ok ( you cant expect too much in a small town)

It's all you can eat sushi, no complaints, it's just not something I would write a letter to my mom about.

Only place in Timmins with AYCE sushi. Quality is actually good, and generally consistent.

We used to come here at least 2 or 3 times a month till they started to get greedy and up the lunch price from 20 dollars per person to almost 30. The atmosphere is nice I wouldn't call it perfect but its nice. Every time you go be prepared to not get half your order because they either forget it or they want you gone so they pretend to not see what you wrote on the order sheet. I wouldn't come here if your looking to get a authentic Japanese experience with sushi. Also if you don't tip a lot be prepared to have a worse experience next time you go.

I've continued to visit Osaka Sushi every couple of weeks with my girlfriend and they continue to serve delicious food. The staff are friendly and the service is timely. The space is simply decorated and scent free aside from what they serve. They've recently updated their ordering system from paper to electronic which is also convenient and environmentally friendly.I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant, 5/5

Second time I've been here and both were pretty good! Don't judge a book by its cover as the building itself doesn't look great. Inside is nice and bright. The staff are extremely friendly as you can tell by all the reviews. Food tastes great and service is pretty fast as well. Check it out if you're looking for some all you can eat sushi!

Go here for weekdays if you’re looking to fill yourself for 17 bucks then a tip. And heck, I wouldn’t be so against their weekend price of 30 bucks if they didn’t serve ridiculously poor quality food. I know that as a business you have probably gotten wrecked by customers over indulging in the buffet, eating way over their ticket price. Fair enough. I think that’s the tune of most buffets in canada. But that doesn’t justify serving me a tuna roll with 90% panko crumb filler and a sliver of fish comparable to a dime both in height and width. I really wish I had a picture to show this disgraceful little piece of what i essentially understood as accounting for your losses. Change your model if you’re losing money on Buffet days because of gluttons and pigs alike. Don’t sacrifice the supposed art of your cuisine because you’re setting a menu style that encourages lack of return on your food percentages. I won’t eat here again.

Good food slow service

I was presently surprised about this place. I was iffy about it at first just judging by the outside of the building (didn't know if it was open or not) ...but I'm happy I was proven wrong! Keep up the good work guys!

Dont go on the weekend unless you want to wait 30 mins + for anything. Most of the time they forget about you. Also if your going to hire people from India train them to speak english and actually cook the food.

Amazing sushi, especially for a smaller city. The service is friendly and quick. I eat here everytime I am im town. Especially love the sashimi and nigiri selection. :)

Very unfriendly staff, she could be the manager or head waitress because she’s mostly bossing around the other staff. The food was so so. I wish the interaction was welcoming.

I had made a reservation a week ago for 13 of us ,we had to wait then we were seated and had to wait another 15 min because there wasent enough room and tables set up. We ordered from the buffet items and didn't get half of the stuff we ordered and even asked the waitress if there was any more food coming out and she said yes and never came not well organized at all they need a better set up then that ,So after being there for more than 2 and a half hour later we all got up because everybody was tired of waiting so we went to pay and told the manager of our bad experience and she never discounted our bills or apologized so I definitely would not go back again and would not recommend anybody going there! We all left very disappointed and hungry!

Great food ,fast service, all you can eat.

The service was so slow. The food was good though when it finally arrived.

Comfortable atmosphere. Friendly service. Ordered a chicken, beef and vegetable Raman. All had an overpowering taste of fish. Too strong especially for the vegetable dish.

Service is exceptional, food sublime. Favorite sushi restaurant but a bit pricey but sooo worth it!!

Amazing food! Staff if pleasants!

The quality is horrible now, they constantly forget ordered items and often brings you some that you did not order. If you do not get ignored right out after you notify them they forgot items .. they are rude, incompetent and they blame everything to excuse their poor service and order system.

The staff was friendly and quick to bring food. I found the food lacking in taste. Very bland and disappointing.

Impressed with our order. Lots of care was taken in the prep of the food, and ensuring our large, more complicated order, was filled quickly and accurately.Great stuff for when I'm around Timmins. 👌🤘💪

One of my favourite restaurants to visit in Timmins. When I stay in town, I always go there for dinner.The sushi is fresh, and there is tremendous variety and types to try. All you can eat for $30 is pretty awesome too. And they have at least two Japanese beer brands on hand that I know of.

First time experiencing this sort of buffet, but by far one of my top favourites. Yummy sushi and crispy tempura. Always leaving full. Always more than satisfied!

By Northern Ontario standards it's a good sushi shop and what you expect from all you can eat. If you are from a metropolitan or southern area - don't get your hopes up

My absolute favorite sushi place, I hope that hey get iPads for ordering soon as a lot of menu items have no photos or descriptions even in the regular menu (not the all you can eat option) so you sometimes have no idea what to expect. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the all you can eat menu!

Went for all you can eat - I ate all I could eat! The selection for lunch was smaller then it would be for diner, but the selection was still good. I really liked their Dragon 🍣 rolls. The price was very responsible because I tend to eat alot. The bathroom was my only concern - very small and difficult to get into. Overall this is a great place to eat. A+ would come again!

Taste good

Not a fan of the new ordering method and we're waited over 45 mins for three food to even start coming. Food was good though.

Went for brunch on a Saturday during all you can eat hours. Interesting and different, my first visit. There were times when people were waiting to be seated and I wondered why only half of the restaurant was open. Staffing was adequate for the customer load. The food was very fresh, made after the order was place. Wait staff were very polite and professional so service was good as well.

This one was quite a surprise. I was recommend to go it it by a local. Some of the freshest sushi I have had. The dishes were very tasty and service was fast and friendly. Washrooms were clean and the restaurant itself was spacious. We were seated right away and had drinks within a few minutes of entering. While the price may seem high, the quality of the dishes, the service, and atmosphere make this a worthwhile trip. Make sure to save room for dessert. The portions are smaller, which is good as you can try more items. Highly recommended.

I always love going to Osaka Sushi. If you're not in the mood for all you can eat - order off the menu! The food served off the menu is prettier too!

Still one of my favourite places to go great food great customer service. They are very quick at serving food and always gives you the correct amount of food ordered. Never had anything go wrong at this place

Very nice the first time, would go again. You really have to know what you're ordering when you go (since most of it is Japanese). Service was fast.
